If you believe you have received a defective product. Please contact us via email at email@example.com so that we can investigate the problem. If we conclude the product is defective, we can send you replacement of equivalent products. In the event that we cannot determine that the product is defective, Product should be returned to Plastic Dips & Coatings within 7 calendar Days of the receipt of the product. If the product is "classified dangerous" goods the product must be returned by an approved dangerous goods carrier. Where possible, all products should be packed in the original unmarked packaging. Upon inspection, if the product is found to be defective, Plastic Dips & Coatings will replace the product with equivalent product and refund any return fee upon production of Carrier's Receipt.
